Are we using innovation to elevate humanity really to a higher level?
Or are we shooting ourselves in the foot by going too fast and too furious?
On November 13, start-ups, scale-ups and investors gather in Leuven, Europe’s Capital of Innovation. Not just to shake hands, but to ask the question that matters: What about us, humans?
"What about us, humans?"
All too often it seems like we’re overwhelmed by technology. Our future is full of promise, but it will be shaped by how we, as humans, navigate these changes.
We’re at a pivotal moment where rapid technological innovation presents both immense opportunities and significant challenges.
It sometimes even looks like we're shooting ourselves in the foot, by evolving so rapidly. So the question is: What about us, humans?
A line-up of human-centric innovators
These technology experts know their way around the latest innovations, but they always keep in mind that we're humans first.
Our 3 content tracks
and& connect will be running four dynamic tracks designed to spark innovation, tackle ethical questions, and connect humanity in a rapidly changing world.
Conversation starter
Conversation Starter is a smart networking platform that helps participants at events to connect in a focused and meaningful way. It replaces random networking with intentional 1-on-1 conversations based on common goals, expertise, or interests.
You can book an in-person-meeting at and& connect, at different time slots during the day. Each conversation will take 15 minutes. You can invite someone to spark the conversation, or you can boost your ego while being invited by someone else.
